Skills:

• Required Knowledge: Oracle cloud, EBS Suite, OIC Integrations; APIs, ODI
• Minimum years of experience: 3 years
• Certifications: desirable in some Oracle module.
• Minimum Module Management: AR, AP, GL, PO, Expenses, Inventories.
• Desirable module management: SYSADMIN
• Scheme: on site/hybrid
• Ensure that the product meets the expectations and needs of the client.
• Prioritize functionalities that improve the user experience and add value to the product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document product requirements.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
• Clearly communicate product vision and technical requirements to all stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with architects and developers to define clear technical requirements.
• Provide guidance and clarity during the development process.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of functionality and enhancements.
• Ensure that delivery deadlines are effectively met.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning meetings and retrospectives.
• Constantly seek opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with quality control teams to ensure product quality.
• Participate in testing and validation to ensure desired functionality.
• Adapt to changes in product requirements in an efficient manner.
• Ensure team is aware of necessary changes and adjustments.
• Analyze product performance and gather feedback from users.
• Use data and analysis to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
• Encourage ongoing training and adoption of best practices.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into product evolution.
